Home Park Stadium Fully Booked Until June
It’s not just on the pitch where things are hotting up at Home Park Stadium.
Having hosted a sold-out crowd for Plymouth Argyle’s 1-0 victory over Portsmouth on Tuesday night, we are pleased to announce that Home Park is fully booked up for large non-match-day events, including all conference bookings, until the end of May 2022.
Following easing of Covid-19 restrictions around the country, the Home Park Stadium team have been inundated with bookings from local, regional and national businesses looking for a venue with a difference to hold their first big corporate away-days post-restrictions.
Coupled with a growing events schedule and a continuing – albeit minimised – vaccination programme on non-match days, this has led to available space being snapped up extremely quickly.
Home Park Stadium’s Head of Venue, Christian Kent, said: “It is extremely positive to be in a position where we’re fully booked for the next couple of months, and shows that we are setting high standards in facilities, service and events support.
“Given that the majority of the renovated Mayflower Grandstand’s life has been spent in a pandemic, serving as a mass vaccination centre, it is extremely rewarding to see the corporate facilities finally coming to life in the way that they were designed.”
In recent weeks alone, the Club Argyle lounge has hosted a number of large-scale conferences and business events, including the inspirational International Women’s Day conference, attended by 250 delegates.
In the weeks to come, the Mayflower Grandstand will also welcome organisations for facility bookings, ranging from charity quiz nights to training events.
