Event Cancellation & Refund Policy

  1. Cancellation by the Organiser

    • If the organiser cancels the event due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., safety concerns or reasons beyond our control), a full refund of the ticket price will be issued to the original payment method.
    • The organiser is not responsible for additional costs incurred by attendees, such as booking fees, travel, or accommodation expenses.
  2. Cancellation by the Attendee Notice Period & Refund Terms

    • Attendees must notify us in writing at least 14 calendar days before the event to qualify for a refund.
    • Cancellations made 14 or more days before the event will receive a full refund.
    • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 14 days before the event.
  3. Ticket Transfers

    • Tickets may be transferred to another individual if the original ticket holder is unable to attend.
    • Requests for ticket transfers must be made in writing and confirmed by the organiser at least 48 hours before the event.
  4. Refund Process

    • Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email.
    • Please allow up to 14 working days for refunds to be processed.
    • Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method.
  5. Non-Refundable Items

    • Certain additional purchases, such as merchandise, meal packages, or VIP upgrades, are non refundable unless the event is cancelled by the organiser.
  6. Event Postponement

    • If the event is postponed, all tickets will remain valid for the rescheduled date.
    • Attendees unable to attend the new date must notify us in writing within 14 days of the new date being announced to request a refund.
  7. Force Majeure

    • No refunds or compensation will be provided for cancellations or delays due to force majeure events, including but not limited to:
      • Acts of God
      • Pandemics
      • Government restrictions
  8. Consumer Rights

    • This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including those under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
  9. Resale & Third-Party Sales

    • Resale and third-party ticket sales may be subject to additional conditions set by the original ticketing provider.
  10. Accessible Ticketing Policy

    • If accessibility tickets or companion tickets are offered, the same cancellation policy will apply.
  11. No-Show Policy

    • No refunds will be issued for no-shows.
    • Exceptions, if any, will only be considered in extreme circumstances with written proof.
  12. Refunds for Multiple Ticket Holders

    • Refunds for transferred tickets can be processed by FIXR staff but require authorisation from both the original ticket buyer and the person who accepted the transfer.

Terms and Conditions for Kid's Events

1. Booking
1.1. All bookings must be made in advance via the official booking platform, by phone, or at the venue’s ticket office.
1.2. Tickets are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged or refunded unless the event is cancelled by the organiser.

2. Attendance and Supervision
2.1. Children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times during the event.
2.2. No adults will be permitted to attend the event without being accompanied by a child.
2.3. The organiser reserves the right to refuse entry to unaccompanied children or those not under appropriate supervision.
2.4. Parents/guardians remain fully responsible for the behaviour and safety of their children throughout the event.

3. Event Activities
3.1. The organiser will provide an itinerary of activities, which may be subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances.
3.2. Participation in activities is voluntary. The organiser will not be held liable if children or their guardians choose not to participate.

4. Health and Safety
4.1. Any medical conditions, allergies, or additional needs must be disclosed at the time of booking.
4.2. The organiser reserves the right to restrict participation in certain activities if health and safety standards cannot be maintained.
4.3. Emergency procedures will be outlined at the start of the event. Parents / guardians must familiarise themselves with these procedures.

5. Photography and Media
5.1. By attending the event, parents / guardians consent to their child being photographed or filmed for promotional purposes unless an opt-out request is submitted in writing prior to the event.
5.2. Personal photography is allowed but must not disrupt the event or affect other attendees.

6. Liability
6.1. The organiser accepts no liability for any loss, damage, or injury incurred during the event, except in cases of proven negligence.
6.2. Parents/guardians are responsible for personal belongings as the organiser will not be held liable for lost or stolen items.

7. Behaviour and Conduct
7.1. Disruptive or inappropriate behaviour by any attendee may result in removal from the event without a refund.
7.2. The organiser reserves the right to refuse entry or participation to anyone not complying with these terms and conditions.

8. Accessibility and Special Requirements
8.1. The organiser is committed to making the event accessible to all. Parents/guardians of children with additional needs are encouraged to contact the organiser in advance via disability@pafc.co.uk to discuss any specific requirements.

9. Changes and Cancellations
9.1. The organiser reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the event due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, ticket holders will be offered a full refund or the opportunity to attend on an alternative date.
9.2. Any changes to the event will be communicated to ticket holders via the contact information provided during booking.

10. Agreement
10.1. By attending the event, parents/guardians confirm their agreement to these terms and conditions on behalf of themselves and the children in their care.
